Might want to post in the language section.
Ed center will give you the test - there is no "study guide" for the DLAB.
If you ceck this out - it is pretty accurate http://usmilitary.about.com/cs/joiningup/a/dlab.htm

I have no idea whether this is any good, but thought I'd pass it along:

What helped me out back in the day was that I studied English grammar and took Spanish classes. Got a sense for patterns and basic grammar.

I took it while in the Army back in '02. It was challenging and I consider myself good w/ grammar and passable survival level spanish and communication degree. You had headphones on and were give plenty of paper to jot down notes on. The narrator on the tape recited basic rules for a made-up language mostly for verb tenses and would then recite a sentence and would either ask you to fill in the correct answers on a scan tron type #2 pencil sheet. Not much you can do to prepare but I suggest when the narrator gives you the brief up on each language you write down the rules quickly and use them to refer to when the questions come and this is done very quickly. I seem to remember I got a 90 and I think I needed an 85 for SFAS. Stay calm and listen closely, get a good nights sleep. Good luck.

I doubt there's anybody who ever walked out of that test thinking they did great. But as others have stated, if you have a good grasp of English grammar and rules, you should do okay.
A girl who took it with me, who was enlisting in the Air Force, came away thinking she totally aced it.
She failed.
