SWCC inter-service restrictions?

Gate-Keepers,

It's been said lately by my CCC that NSW oppertunities to inter-service candidates are being more and more limited. As far as I've heard it's mostly limited seats for SEAL candidates per class and no EOD contracts for poeple in over 6 years as a guideline. Any word on how much of these changes (if any) are going to affect SWCC hopefuls?

I thought inter-service referred to guys transferring from one branch to another?
