What's in yours?

Requirements: Items must be able to fit into a standard size backpack; one that can easily be carried and stowed. Realistically, this bag can casually be stored in your home and can be grabbed on the way out of the door (hence "bug out").

I need to do this actually. A little cash, water, med supplies, a sweatshirt, some stuff like that.

Also need to make up a "suddenly have to travel" bag.
