WARFARE BASE CHECK!!! URGENT

My buddy came back from a big trip down south and passed through nevada. He is know to lie or totally exagerate things that happened which is why he is funny.

-He said going through some desert he had to stop for a train which passed over the road and headed for a mountain. All of a sudden the mountain opened up and the train went through and after it closed again. He said there were some huge cement doors on either side as well.
-Then he said as he was driving he saw tons of mounds that looked like lil hills but on the backside of the hill was just a concrete wall witha number on the top . He was saying he thought they were silos.
-Pretty much at the same time they drove by a huge US NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE TRAING CENTER. which is what it said on sign or some guys told him or something. He said htere was a big manmade lake with some big ships in it I guess for practicing. He said at a lil stop nearby everyone was in cammo and stuff meaning they were all from the base. He also said he got a photo of sign that said something to the effect of any drawings photos or anyting taken without permission can be confiscated and if you tresspass deadly force is authorized.
-He said the base was about 2 hours from Reno.

Please tell me what the hell he is talking about so I can either bug him about it or tell him is right for a change.

Disturbance, its government/military cut-backs, they can't afford to put their secret bases too far from a highway nowdays, as the transport costs are too high. Its a lot cheaper to simply make civilians who happen to see the secret base 'disappear'.
