Not sure if it has been noted elsewhere here, but on the History Channel's Top Shot show, former controller Ashley Spurlin is still in the running.
Yeah I would be interested to see how he goes. Was doing some work with the boys from 21 and a couple of guys new him. He wasn't allowed to tell them how he went due to contractual obligations apparently. There was a USAF Security Forces guy on there who lets just say came off as, "interesting"

Well, now he is not.
I hadn't seen an episode since the first one I saw in March. After I saw that one, I called a CCT friend of mine at Hurbie and asked about Ashley. "Really good guy" was the report.
Then I saw the episode in which Ashley was sent home. I wasn't too bummed that he was outshot, but some of clips from the rest of that show were "typical reality TV crap". I've had relatives who were in 'reality' shows, so I know, at least second hand, that the producers will invent drama. So I am hoping the drama surrounding Ashley's calling out the Navy guy as being a poser is just drama.
Regardless, he is off the show now.
