Do what your doctor tells you to do, but also take Super Cissus. It helps heal tendons and ligaments. It works GREAT. It's safe. I've used a bunch of it.

I tore the ACL off my left knee. Nothing glamours or even a good story. The doc recommended surgery, and he used a cadavier tendon (achilles tendon) for the repair.

I have to say, I was up and running stairs in about 3 mos. That was over 5 years ago, other than a little autheritis in the joint no complaints.

It's strong and stable.

The only odd thing is if i'm laying in bed on my stomach and lift the leg, the knee pops Predictably. The Doc asked me if it hurt, I said no... he said have a great day!

I'm happy and glad i went this route. The other fix was stealing a ligamnet off my hamstring or patella tendon. I didn't like either of those ideas.

I do have cravings for foods I don't normally eat... (related.... HMMMM :biggrin:
