Why do these guys try to run such a bluff?
There are way to many ways to verify.
Usually they stick their own foot in mouth. Had a Brit in the shop claiming to be former SAS and ran on how they preffered using the AK mag in the L1A1 because of its larger capacity over the issue mag. I don't think he ever figured out why we were rolling around on the floor. Turns out he was AWOL from his arty unit that was stationed in Belize.
