Just be aware that they are not affiliated with the VA in any way, shape, or form. Do not give them any personal information.

If it were not for the Veterans Benefits Network (VBN) my quality of life would be shit. There are VA and Social Security workers and ex workers on that site that will provide the real deal info if you are the real deal disabled. Same as here, do a lot of reading and searching and you will find an answer or direction.

Sometimes I wondered if they were or not....when I first went on the site, asked questions and even gave some advice the level of response/banter was friendly as I started to ask more pointed questions and or tried to "correct" some comments from "senior" members the responses changed.

There are active, working VA and SSA personnel on the site.....Anyone can enter on the site, and with a little search time you can probably find your answer or a case similar to yours without ever asking a question. Just my 2 cents.....Good luck, CSM-H
