Has anyone had experience with this theory? I've researched it and read a little about it but cannot find definitive experiences on it that I can put much faith in. Many guys were doing it in Iraq (seems there was always some diet or program going around the FOBs over there). SOCNET never lets one down on info!

It would seem that no studies have been done on the Blood Type Diet with any conclusive evidence. Also, the foods it advises people not to eat is covered by the Paleo diet, so nothing new there...

I have been eating Paleo 'strict' (no grains, no dairy, no processed/refined foods) for 90+ days straight with amazing results... improved performance, quicker recovery (this has been the most noticeable), high energy, clarity, focus, among other things.

You don't need a blood-type diet. All people need the same nutrition. High protein, high fat, low carb. Adjust actual caloric intake to work with your level of physical activity. Less processed shit, more natural foods.

I don't care what your blood-type is, that'll work for you. Is it boring? Sometimes. You basically end up eating the same shit, all the time...but it works.

(I say this as I'm finishing up my highly-processed Subway samich, covered in condiments.)
