Red underlined words?

I'm seeing words in red, with two lines beneath and when I move the cursor over them a pop-up appears. It seems to appear on every page, several times. Is this my computer or something new for SOCNET?

Edit, disregard please, I figured it out and it was me (letting the grand kids play on this computer).
