Has anybody had a chance to try anything with the Russian Martial Art? I have had the opportunity to train a little under it and it is a very effective system.
Systema was brought to N. America, I believe, by former Spetsnaz soldier Vladimir Vasiliev. I am fortunate enough to live about 30 mins away from his training school in Toronto, Canada.
