Technically, you can go sleeves up anytime you want. Although your RSM may not know that so don't go jack him up.
It is technically a personal preferance choice. QOL I guess...LOL

weird I dont think anyone in my unit knows that. Although tonight I asked someone and they said May 1.



On a side note. Got issued the new wet weather boots.....like xmas all over again :)

It used to be the Command CWO's descision. Problem was while Windsor was a balmy 75 deg North Bay still had snow. The sweaty wogs in the climate controlled OR's couldn't make up their minds, guys to hot, the others to cold(so they spent their days whining on the LFRR site wasting dollars.)When your on parade, follow your Troop WO's lead, when your working it's now your choice.Sleeves always down in the field, for cam and protection. That should include EVERYONE including DS Staff. That's the policy.
