Asiaint, a web based subscriber service on South East Asian intelligence and news has rated Indonesia at 5.73 on the Index of Martial Potency, Australia is rated at 6.69, Malaysia at 6.03, Singapore at 6.5 and the Philippines at 5.45. This is based on a one to ten scale with the US at 10 and say East Timor at just over 0 because they don't have any armed forces as yet.
Indonesia currently has 297,000 Active Service Personnel and 400,000 Reserve Personnel.
The Active Service Personnel are broken down as follows:
Army personnel: 230,000
light tanks: 355
other armoured: 631
artillery: 1995
helo's: 90
Navy personnel: 40,000
submarines: 2
major surface combatants: 17
coastal & patrol: 36
mines c/measures: 12
amphibious: 26
helo's: 18
marines: 12,000
Airforce personnel: 27,000
combat a/c: 108

In addition to the 700,000 odd Active and Reserve Personnel, there are approximately 1,700,000 tied up in various Militias, including the police, giving a grand total of around 2.4 million available personnel for active duty if required.
Military Budget is 0.9%GDP = $1.6 Billion US
