It was in the news back at the height of the Russian invasion of Chechnya. A very aggressive weapon the Russians were using against the rebels. Something called "Pinochio." And the UN was saying it was a weapon of mass destruction. But it didnt use any kind of NBC agents. It was highly effective against the Chechen rebels. They said it just totally destroyed everything....was like a mini nuke that was not radioactive.
My question is do you think this Pinochio was really a war crime? Another thought I had was it could be used to fight the Chinese someday. My personal opinion about it is if it aint NBC it ought to be legal. If the Chinese invaded Taiwan, you could just hit them with Pinochio.
