SF to Nigeria, Colombia and ??

The Pentagon announced last week that a SF battalion will go to oil-rich-corrupt Nigeria
and several A-teams will go to Colombia for training. So when will SF sent a battalion to help fight the fires in Northwest America?

I heard about the Colombia issue some. Can you expound on what the deal is in detail? Doesn't sound like it will be solely training per say...
