Is this one or more companies for the four challenge programs? What are the particulars about this program?

This company is comprised of individuals who are either trying out for the SEAL, EOD, Diver or SWCC challenge. The first one last July was very successful, 75% passed the initial screening vice the typical 20%. If we could just get these guys (and girls) to make it over that very first hurdle, that would be half the battle! This company allows the RTC dive motivators to interact with the recruits on a more regular basis, helps them PT and practice their swim strokes. It helps a great deal, and it's well worth all the headaches it causes me to get the company filled......
