What be these tales o' Chinese seals? Truth of fiction? Are they worthy to be called such or are they mere "paper sharks"? What say ye?

Whether or not this Chinese seal hypothesis of yours is valid, I don't care for your tone, it reminds me of my step-child Reginald. Gee , I guess I'll just have to challenge my own opinions, hmmm... The Chinese Marine Corps (there are 2-3 articles in the U.S. Naval Institute Proceedings in the last 20 years on them) has some special reconnaissance troops (aka combat swimmers). One of their rituals is to have the swimmers go to Taiwan and bring back a movie stub to prove they were there.
There was a translation of those combat swimmers from a Chinese maritime/shipping magazine but this one has been classified. All you need to do is to find a Chinese person who can translate.
