SEAL sea cadets??

Does anyone know anything about the sea cadet SEAL training and what it involves? what kind of physical stuff do they do?

. You have to be a member of the Sea Cadets and must be at least an E3. You have to have passed the SEAL PFT. Must be at least sixteen years old to attend. It is run by SEAL instructors.
