Hey Tack, I think this might be one of those "respectively" things. Like "US and Russian made M16s and AK47s, respectively" meaning US M16s and Russian AK47s. Bad wording on their part.

Well, there's 180 million Muslims versus 30 odd million mixed faiths, so the Muslims will run outa things to kill soon. Also the Dayaks are wiping out Madurese people the Government is relocating in Kalimantan, they're also running out of people to kill and eat............
