SEAL Officer?

I am going to be going through NROTC at CUB, but was wondering how it is being an ensign fresh into the teams. How can an ensign be expected to be leader when you have guys under you that have three times the experience I would have. The last thing I would do would be to act like I knew what the hell I was doing. Is it more of a let everyone show you what to do then start to squeeze your way into to giving orders. Do you work closely with the more experienced guys who have BTDT? What should I expect?Any info is appreciated.

You are learning to be a leader, not actually doing much of it at first. The pipeline is set up for you, so don't sweat your inexperience, everybody has been there.
