The team that I am on (LE/SWAT) has been using that vest for the last few years. In fact, Logan made each of our vests by himself while he was still on active duty. Each of the 20 vests are still in use, several of them have had modifications to better suit the user with no loss of integrity to the material.
Our marksmen and negotiators also use the same model, our medics use the medic version. There has not been a single rip, tear or broken buckle on any of the vests. We are located in Pacific NW so the vests are exposed to a lot of rain. There is no rot to speak of. We have used them on warrant services and manhunts, urban and rural. They also got a great field test during the WTO riots in Seattle in '99.
Highly recommended for all-around use.

We (SDVT-1) are issued the Tactical Tailor Rucksack (large), and love it to death. The design is excellent, and the durability unmatched.
