I posted this question a couple of weeks ago and I got no response, so I thought I would try posting it again to see if I get a bite this time. How does morning PT work at BUD/S? I know the workouts are generally around 2 hours long, but how exactly do they work? Do you do an upper body exercise followed by a lower body exercise? Do you do all upper body and then switch to lower? Are there rests in between sets? Do you run and/or swim before or after? I am asking so that I can better model my own workouts.
