i'm sixteen years old and am looking to become a SeaL. I have been looking for information on SeaLs and their training. Sadly i am not able to find a regular routine that they do. If anyone has information on SeaLs PT routines, or any programs that i could get involved in it would be greatly appreciated.

Check out the official SEAL website at http://www.sealchallenge.navy.mil Click on BUD/S Warning Order and go through all those pages, they have information on what types of exercises need to be done in order to prepare yourself for BUD/S. Also, check out Stew Smith's "Complete Guide to Navy SEAL Fitness" at http://www.getfitnow.com It's very informative and very indepth. As for a routine that the SEALs themselves perform, I'm sure it varies from person to person. And as for what goes on in BUD/S I'm sure it's classified, but I could be wrong.
