This is another example of how a support guy from group gets labelled "a former Green Beret" by the media, and it gets plastered all over the headlines. A kernal of truth gets mixed with someones agenda, and away we go!!!

I'm really surprised that Army Times printed it without some background on this puke. I thought that the "times" was an in-house rag.
Printing "partial" information like this gives everybody a black eye and the public is going to think that this guy gave away the whole ball game. Rwminds me of the times when Creighton Abrams was trying to do away with us.

The Army Times, Navy Times, Airforce Times and the Marine Corps Times are all published by the same company. I learned recently through being interviewed for a peice on the Marine Corps Sniper Comp. that none their reporters and very few of their editorial staff have ever had any kind of military experiance. Rather take the time to drive one hour down to Quantico and talk in person to the folks that ran the competition, the reporter contacted me via e-mail, and then followed up with a few telephonic interviews.
Their inititaive in getting the absoulte best, most acurate story seems to end if it means they have to leave teir comfortable desk.

I think you're right Gunny. Most reporters that I have had the misfortune of meeting, couldn't be bothered by getting off their fat asses to go out and verify facts before submitting a story. I think it's called "Creative writing".

This guy was a civilian contract instructor. He taught the ways of the middle east and did not last long. He is a moron and I would not believe a friggin word he says. He was not and never was Special Forces, he was not in the military, and I would imagine that he ate pig fat along with the copious amounts of alcohol that he consumed while defiling Osama baby.
