Squall.
I dont think the pool at NRL in DC will let me. Are there any other things I should specificly work on? Run times, swim times for example? What ever info you can pass along to me would be helpful. Trying to be as prepared as possible. I am using alot of training guidlines from Stewart Smith's Book. Seems to have a really good rep.
Thanks UT2

Unrelated slightly, but has SWCC school gone to 26 weeks yet?

Does anyone know if there are SWCC units in the reserves and if so, do they take non-priors? I did the whole Google/Yahoo search and all I came up with was active duty links. I am also considering an IBU, what kind of opinion do most Navy personnel have of these units? Understand that I know jackshit about the Navy and came here on the understanding that there are some very knowledgeable folks on this board.

Welcome aboard 13fox,
I'm pretty sure that Reserve SBU unit locations are in the archives of this forum. I know that there is one in Louisiana or Mississippi and I think that there is one in CA.
Poke around here and in the Naval Reserve forum further down on SOCNET. The answers that you seek are here.
