What do you need the information for? If you are part of a state/fed response team, I'm sure you have all the resources you need. If you are official and are simply looking to network, I can hook you up with an excellent person; however, you would have to prove your identity and job first.

I am neither government, nor anything or anyone looking for a blueprint. I am a Doctor of molecular Bio and am writing a book, a sort of cautionary tale, regarding what might happen if biologicals were used to control a population. I can come up with many ways to do that on my own using everyday pharmaceuticals, what I don't know is how a rogue government would react to the information that someone knows what is going on and is willing to do something to help some special military men to combat the problem and save their own citizens. It is a cautionary tale, a la George Orwell, and Aldous Huxley set in the modern day. I am a published poet and think that now is the time to alert our young people who will the the soldiers in the next war to what they may be up against. I have no problem with the government in the US, but am looking at a future that might. If you need further information, I will send a CV for your peace of mind. This is fiction and I do not intend to get into detail as to how it might be done. I want no nutcase out there trying it out. Any help is appreciated.

Yes he did, but his was about biohazards solely, mine isn't. Only uses biologicals for control, not killing and the Russians and middle easterners have nothing to do with it, except to set the scenario. A rogue US government in the future is the bad guy(s). It's not about today, it's in the future and the FBI is never mentioned. Thanks for the reminder, thougj.

What kind of help could you possibly expect anyone on this site to provide you...what's a rogue government? You mean a dictatorship? If "they" were intent on "controlling the citizenship via bio-warfare" I'd say your question answers itself, they'd kill the people who opposed them. No brainer.
As far as the US is concerned and this being a cautionary tale...well all things are possible of course, but I personally haven't seen any Black Helicopters recently.....'cept those that I control as part of my nefarious plot.....yyyeeahhhh, nefarious plot, that's the ticket!

You all certainly have the right to your opinions. This is not a conspiracy theory type book. It is merely a cautionary tale, I don't feel that's so hard to understand. The help I've already gotten on this board is insightful, and what I want to do is make the military end of this (the heroes) work in a way that will save the day. It is you ladies and gentlemen who will be doing the saving, not little green men. As far as the current administration goes, they have only history in it and no part in the tale other than they existed at one time. What I want to do is make the science believable which I can do myself what I need is people on these boards with ideas on how to make the plotline move. Already got some of you on board, so I'm not to worried about that since some seem to think this is beneath them. Thanks for your comments and I hope you all stay well.

Carol, I responded with sarcasm, simply because your question was so vague....what specifically do you want to know? How SF guys interact together? Their vocabulary, what? Speaking for myself, I don't really understand what you are looking for...how bout specifics?

Sorry if I took it the wrong way. I am interested in mind control, that's the biohazard. I also want to know terminology and in what way a patriotic young American would be abable to catch whiff of a very strante plot involving the American public. Young people of today have had most things handed to them (for instance my son who I'm happy to say wants to become SF like his father was in Vietnam. Say some young SF gentlemen get whiff of a plot to control, by some sort of drug and how would they deal with it. This is not about the Bush Admin, but another one in the near futire. I thing patriotic soldiers would be appalled at a government controlling citzens. That's all I can tell you since this i s a work in progress.

I have found a collaborator on these boards and we seem to mesh well personality.

BTW I did some time at the CDC in the level 4 facility. Thanks for all your input and I apoligize for any facetious disrespect. We can correspond more if you wish. All of your are few i n a million!:)
