Anyone ever read any of Bob Mayer's novels? I ran across one in the library and got hooked. He is/was an SF Officer.

I've got Eye's of the Hammer - US SOF units covertly attacking south american drug cartels (it was out long before "a Clear and Present Danger"), and Dragon Sim 13 (A SF A-Team is sent into China by accident).

I liked them at the time I picked them up.

Read that one a while back and the guy obviously knew what he was talking about. I would highly recommend it to others.

If it's the same guy he uses the name Robert Doherty too. He's written a series on Area 51, with aliens and stuff. It's pretty good, I like it. Just my two cents!

Do you have any Titles of Bob Mayers books? I just did a search of Brisbane City Library which links all libraries in the Brisbane area and got a name match, but no titles at all.

Cheers

From Amazon.com---

1. Z: A Dave Riley Novel
2. Synbat: A Novel
3. Dragon Sim-13
4. Operation Dragon-Sim
5. Operation Synbat
6. Eyes of the Hammer
7. Eternity Base
9. Cut-Out: A Novel

Edit: Some of these are probably dupes with slightly different
titles on the Paperback/Hardback editions.
