I have a buddy that is signing with the AF for PJ's. One small problem, the PSAT. He would be great at it, but he has a problem with getting past the breaking point or "wall" when working out. I ship out soon and after that nobody will push as hard. Aready got all the training programs for him that I could find. But they are all too advanced for him. He tried to keep up with me tonight but couldn't. I can't afford to slack on my program. I need help from PJ's, and I mean NOW. Calling on any operator or fitness buff. Go Army

Thanks. But what about getting him past his breaking point. That is the most important thing.

Your're right. But, if what I understand his contract to be, he could get really screwed out of the deal. If he fails the PSAT where would he end up, a damn cook. There are few people that I call friend and I'll do what ever I can to help him out. I started him on a progressive PT program tonight. He did better than yesterday. But still, besides the PT what is the best way to prepare his mind and body?

SP????
Security or something. Hell I'm Army.
Right now I am going to have to push him for Fire Fighting in the AF. Unless he really starts to kick his own ass. Right now I'm too busy preping myself. Any other ideas?

SP- SECURITY PATROL. I think they do this as a a punishment for quiting & be becuase you are most likely fit enough to complete the SP training.

SP SECURITY POLICE.
My friend decided to go either for Fire Fighter or general medic. He'll be happier that way. Thanks to all that responded.
