CROs at Moody?

I've just found out that out of the 14 potential officer PJs (Combat Rescue Officers) only 4 passed the pre-indoc at Moody AFB GA. Does anyone out there know what goes on at Moody? Why is this thing so hard? What is the emphasis on? Rucking? Swimming? Academics? Mind games/mental stuff?
Does anyone have the Progam of Instruction? any info would be appreciated.
