Since you now want to be a PJ, why don't you change your name to that affect.

Bob

P.S.
Why the change of heart?

Well, I just had a rude awakening, and that I can't just cahnge my mind like I did, I'm going Navy still, and as I was looking through the websites of the USAF PJ's, I liked what I saw, but becoming a boat guy looksl ike it would be more of a challenge for me....

More of a challenge for you? Maybe you should change your name to Cabin Boy.

ok since Fire Gunner took that the wrong way, I'll rephrase...

I looked at the specialties of PJ's and of SWCC's, and I'd rather be a SWCC...

I think that the people on these boards are trying to tell you (Boat Boy) something. You don't just change your mind about something like a career in spec ops. I'm not a PJ. I am however, a CCT. Becoming a PJ is a challenge. I really can't speak on the challenge of SWCC, having only been to Coronado for Dive Sup, but to flip back and forth reference your future career is NOT the trait we look for in our people.

Do some research and look at the possibilities. Make decisions and stick with them (be rigidly flexible). That's why these BTDT's are giving you a smoke session.....

Ok I took your advice and I'm still looking at both of them, but I still like SWCC's specialties better because they're supporting combat units (which a chose few can be jump qualified).

I must admit that AF PJ's do some crazy shit in the pool, and there qualified in almost every school known to man, but I just like SWCC better...

Yeah I know that they don't look for people who change there mind from time to time, but this is the first time I've really done this, and I had been considering AF for some time, but never very seriously till a few days ago.. and then, like I said, I just like the specialties that SWCC has better...
