USAFA Drug Scandal?

Have any of you heard anything regarding the "drug scandal" at the USAFA? I only caught the tail end a segment aired on the local news, but the anchor stated that 35 Cadets are accused of distributing/possessing controlled substances (LSD and Ecstacy).

Apparently, the AF is going to conduct an internal investigation and release the findings at a later date.

20 cadets have been found guilty of possesion or use of "Party drugs" at the Academy (Ecstasy, LSD). More are under investigation. This is what happens when the "cream of the crop" either goes bad, or doesnt want to be there at all
Bottom line: AF no tollerance rule on drug violations. Those cadets are ALL under contract and subject to dismissal from military service and punishment by law. If anything actually happens, I will eat my hat.

School officials outlook on this is basically: 40 students is no where a reflection on the student body of over 3,000 at a whole.

I'm beginning to wonder who is truly on the drugs, the students of the administration.
