This weekend, May 20-21, Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland will be having their Armed Services open house. They usually have several different aircraft there with aerial demonstrations and the Blue Angels or the Thunderbirds (they alternate every year) will be there to do their thing.

For SpecOps hopefuls (like myself) and enthusiasts, the hangars usually have some really cool stuff. Most years they have a Special Forces A-Team there, some Rangers, Marine Corps FAST, Air Force PJs, and various others (I don't think I've ever seen any SEALs though oddly enough). These guys also bring their weapons and equipment for you to look at. For all of us who post on here from the DC area I recommend going to this. The representatives from these units are there to talk with and they are usually pretty cool about answering any questions you have.

As a side note, the Marines tend to be really cool with their weaponry, they often let you hold it and take pictures with it and stuff.

Oh yeah, this year in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Armed Forces Day, both the Blue Angels and the Thunderbirds will be at Andrews this weekend.
