All, I think we're on the same sheet of music here... (We all want them to do the mission justice) The thing I'm most concerned with is the highlighting of the fact that the resources to successfully pull off that mission were asked for, yet not given to the people who "Know the game best". As long as the public walks out saying "Damn, that was some messed up sh*t, those guys should have had SOME armor support like they requested" or "We should never get involved in stuff like that again, we need to let the military run those kind of things, and not politicians"... I'll be a happy camper. We've (The Military) spent a lot of time in the past 8 years, in the middle of "other peoples problems" with both hands tied behind our backs... The shit needs to stop, and the public needs to know how bad the Demoncraps have treated a once unbeatable force. I hate to say it, but I'm kinda like Cher on this one, (except the opposite) If Bush does'nt win, I'm contemplating punching out after 18 years, and taking a high dollar Defense Contractor job, and putting 18 (8 of those years away from my family)years in my rear view mirror, and chalking it up to experience...
TFRGRMBR - Chris Weeks was a former student of mine, and to see the look on his face whenever Somalia is brought up is enough to let me know how those that were there feel about the subject.
- As far as opinions on Dale Dye go... I'm sure he does his job... Advises to the fullest! If the Disco crowd don't like what they hear; their gonna do what they want... Keep advising Dale... AND collecting those paychecks... I'm sure you earned em!
