Dive Medicine Books

Are there any good books of this subject floating around the internet or amazon.com? My knowledge of this subject is very basic and extends no further than what can be found in paramedic texts and BTLS books. Has the US Navy produced anything, I'd assume they'd be the foremost authority on this subject.
