I have two basic questions regarding the administering of the situps during the PRT: first, are the situps done solo, or does someone help (e.g., sit on your legs); second, how far back should you go on each situp (i.e., do your shoulder blades have to touch the ground)? Thanks.

You have someone hold your legs and when you go back you have to have your shoulder blades touch the ground and you have to hit your elbows on teh ground too...if ya don't they don't count
