Source rating before SWCC school?

I was wondering if you go to your source rating school after boot camp or if you go to San Diego first. My rating will be IS and the recruiter told me I would go to Virginia Beach first then to SWCC school (but you never really know if they are telling you the complete truth) so I was just wondering if anybody could shed some light on this for me, thanks.
