Other than the 160th is there another military outfit that flies the MH-47?

Well,
Not to split hairs but, the designation "MH"
means "Modified Helicopter" which could be just about anything, do other countries have them, yes. Do other units in the U.S. Army use the designation, not that I have heard of.

Perhaps I did not make this as clear as I could have. What I meant to ask was if there was another unit in the US military that flew the MH-47? Thanks for the help.

No, because if you think about it the MH-47 is the special ops version of the Chinook and 160th SOAR is the US Army's only special ops aviation unit. Basically the aircraft was modified specially for them. AFAIK the Royal Air Force's 7 Sqn is the only other user of the MH-47, they call it the Chinook HC.3.

The RAAF is considering picking up a few for CSAR roles.
