Looking for an Ear Mike

I am looking for an Ear Microphone system that will be compatible with the Motorola Pro 5150 Radio. Surveillance Kits are not durable enough. I already checked the Motorola Web site. We had a good Ear Mic system in C-3-7 but I don't remember the Nomenclature. Any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks
