I am a big believer that if you want something in this world you got to take it. Even if it means knocking down doors and slapping the dipshits.
That's something only you can answer. Have you talked to your CMC?. He was at MU Eight with me. If that's what you want to do and you are a proven performer, I can't see him not helping you. If you're not, re-think what you are doing. We need Techs, but as senior as you are, you're on the boarder line.
