RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN that is the most important part of BUD/S and almost any other Special Operations training don't neglect your push ups sit ups or pull ups either..I would reccomend Stew Smiths 12 weeks to BUD/S workout and Kevin Dockerys Offical US Navy SEAL Workout Giude...it was made with Master Cheif Dennis Chalker the Command Master Cheif at BUD/S so its current good info the workouts are hard but are excelent...oh yeah did I mention run alot?? and if your going for SEALs I would reccomend swimming often even if its not for distance or time but just for teh hell of it..tread water play around just get comfortable in the water..Don't try the drown proofing or anything like that but just go out and spend time in the water be it a pool lake or ocean just make sure your supervised or with a buddy who can help ya out if you have a problem...I rescently swam for about 4 hours straight and did about 4.5 miles and I couldn't even stand after getting outa the pool and needed help getting out to teh locker room into and shower and dressed..then I sat around for another 30 minutes just regaining some strength in my legs and arms so I could drive home. so keep pushing yourself but don't try to do something so far outside your lmits you could injure/kill yourself or someone else..cause thats just plain dumb good luck.

RUN,RUN,RUN.... But better know how to SWIM, SWIM, SWIM ,SWIM, SWIM, SWIM, SWIM, SWIM, SWIM.....After you have mastered how to swim. SWIM some more. Not everyone can swim well. Running is a big part but of Spec Op's but so is the water work and that is where most people fail.
