Bravo Two Zero(Andy Mcnab)

For anyone who has read Bravo Two Zero, Andy Mcnab was part of a patrol that was sent in to destroy SCUDs. Now if I remember correctly, the mission was FUBAR'd and he along with four other members of his team were captured and taken as POWs. Was this the same patrol that was compromised, communications wouldn't work, and only 1 member of the patrol was able to escape to safety?
