Former Unit EIGHT and SBU-26 folks

I know there are a few of you here I know, just knowing who is who is a bit challenging. Sammy told me about the site and after a couple of weeks popping in to read posts here and there, figured I'd try saying hi to anyone from the "good ole days".
I was the OpsYN (yeah, the admin **** or "split tail" as I recall be addressed a few times..lol) from Unit 8.
Wanted to say hi and if you were down south from 89 to 93, let me know.

I was in Unit EIGHT from 90-94 but don't particularly remember an "OPS" YN but then I wasn't around a lot. PM me and tell me who you are. Does your name start with J?

Nope, it's not "J", but her replacement. Sent you the PM with the details.
I remember you were gone more than you were there.. they started calling us the Ops Yn because our desk got moved to the Ops trailer. Title seemed to roll off the tongue better than "TAD Coordinator/perdiem bitch/afteraction typist" lol

Last I heard she made YNC and was working with NATO in Scotland I think. But that has been ages ago. I'm sure she's gone since then.
But check it out... the YN1 (L) is in town right now and we are having lunch tomorrow. She has kept in touch with "J" and I'll get the scoop and get back to ya.

The party went well despite a "certain person's" absence :( None the less.. the house is a certified party palace! Should have seen the steam rolling off the hot tub in the record low temps we had that night..lol
