Can someone tell me the difference between the naval surface warfare pin and the small craft pin, and to whom they are issued and why,do the SBU's wear the surface warfare pin?

the small craft pin is issue to personnel that quailified in sbu's units. navy surface warfare pin is issued to those qualified on navy ships. sbu's can wear the surface warfare pin if they qualified on a navy ship.
