I was takin a load off at a Barnes and Noble a couple weeks ago and happenned to pick up a martial arts book(Chin Na or something like that). As i read through the index i noticed a section on chokes and neck breaking techniques. Naturally i looked at it and was somewhat surprised to read that it requires only a good twist(among other techniques) with minimal force to break someones neck. Is this true? Ive heard so many other places that breaking a neck is not a viable way to say, neutralize a sentry, because its unreliable and requires great strength. Not only is it news to me, but its somewhat disconcerting as well. This may be a sensitive subject, im not sure and this computer wont let me search for anything(it signs me out when i try). Can someone clear this up or at least give me their thoughts on whether or no this is true?

I have no doubt that a hammer would do the job, but i dont think ill need to use it on someone anytime soon. By the way, your avatar is hilarious!
