Anyone have any comments on the Browning Hi-Power in .40? Good or Bad...

I keep a 9mm HP handy. I shot the .40, but didn't really see the point. It makes about
as much sense as a 9mm M-1911.

I have shot the browning hi power, and feel like its a good gun at the range; but wouldn't carry it into battle. I don't think it's as reliable as my Glock. But thats only my opinion.

I have a Browning Hi Power in .40 and I have never had a stoppage. Accuracy is phenominal.I would have no problem feeling comfortable with this firearm in any situation. The only downfall is the ten round capacity of the mags. I guess other than that its a fine weapon.

Carried a Browning HP in 9mm for years. Shot the .40. Prefer the 9. I know I'm stating the obvious, but the 9 is easier to control when shooting strings of four / five.

The HP is a great weapon and one of the most "natural" ones for me to hold, point and shoot. The .40 recoil is stronger than the 9mm but it's a great weapon. For me it's dead on accurate and one nice piece for point shooting or off hand shots.
