Weekend of Heroes
This organization is putting on a convention in Ontario Calif. June 24-26 in honor of Jason Cunningham. Jason's wife will be flying out for the event. It will be open to the public and free for military. The guy putting the convention on is having an action figure made of Jason. They will only be making 500 of these action figures. They are going to be collector's items and will not end up on the shelves of Target. It took some leverage, but I was able to convince the promoter to make some available to the PJ community. I'm sure the school house could use one for their museum. Anyway, they aren't going to be cheap, I think around $100.00 for the set. They are putting Jason together with Ranger Nathan Self who was on the mission with Jason I'm told. Anyway, as soon as I hear something about the action figure, I will post it for those who are interested.
