Quick question. Do Any of the AF pilots feel that The Army provides better training opportunities for its pilots, than the AF?

I don't know that much about the training programs the Army has but there is one fact I can point to. In the 3 years I've been in AFSOC, I've seen about 10 pilots cross over to Pave Low from Army Aviation, with more on the way. In that same period, no Air Force pilots have left for the Army. According to those ex-Army flyers, Army Aviation has a lot of problems right now. Hell, the whole DOD has problems, but the Army's aviators seem to have more than their share. Personally, I think the Army treats their personnel like crap, including the warrants and officers in Aviation. Will that affect training? You bet.
