Anybody used this weapon? What quality?
I've heard raves about it from some sources, usually to nefarious ends, but lately Machine Pistols as a group are getting slagged something fierce by the literature. Any thoughts?

Hi Snake;
Yup, we get all the good toys 8)The weapon is good quality item the caliber is only the .32ACP, magazines are in 10 and 20 round so you need most of the mag to do the job.
A better version was made the VZ 68 which was in 9mm P08 (Luger) The VZ 63 in .380 and the 64 in 9X18 Makarov. As with most Czech weapons they are all well made, and perform well. This little beasts are really machine pistols, and while the first 3 were a little under powered the 68 was exc. All are easy to conceal and the short 10 rd mags made it easy to carry without printing through your clothing. Rate of fire was around 700 rpm so was controlable and FUN to shoot 8)
Think you should try for SF and get an 18B MOS 8) then you could enjoy the good life too. Take care Tropic Lightning...Jim, Sine Pari

Jim,
yeah, I'm considering either putting in my papers for SFAS, or ETS'ing in August and going to School here at UH Manoa, then getting a Marine Corps Commission. I'll decide in the next couple of months. All depends on educational opps.
BTW, how are silencers on the Skorpion? I've heard the IRA was fond of em, with regards their Direct Action units.

hi Snake;
The cans are sufficient for the .32 ACP round in use, nothing earth shaking. It is a great weapon for surgical removal of miscreants 8) How's that for making assasination sound PC 8)
Good luck in which ever path you choose, just remember we do get the best toys.Take care and have a Happy, safe, New Year...Jim, Sine Pari
