Are there Blackhawks fitted for gunship duty like what was done with Hueys back in Vietnam, because that it a lot of firepower for a transport helo?

That's straight from soc.mil. Mr Durant talks about them as well in his book In the Company of Heroes.

Not doubting you pitbull, just was surprised to see that it's not. I remember my first live fire, and one of our gunners saying "you see those, they're daps, we don't talk about those or what they can do either." I said roger that and haven't relly done any research on 'em to see if it was OPSEC.
