I saw the picture of the Reflex sight in your photo album. I was wondering what type of iron sighting system was on this weapon?

Hi recce_o;

That's the Knights Armament 300 meter low profile sight,It's an issue item from the SOPMOD M4 kit. Two models are out one as in the photo and another with the A2 type windage knob, problem with the A2 is it gets in the way when you use the charging handle.knight's has the sights listed for sale now and have seen some surplus ones in the Shotgun News.

Looked at the photo, mixed it up with our M4 article, the rectangle with hole in the sight tower is Knights quick release sling swivel mount for assault sling (ambidexterous)...Jim
